Update Your Success Plan

Success comes not from luck, but from the artful execution of thought-out, carefully crafted plans. Success plans need careful consideration, periodic review and most of all, they must be communicated. Sometimes there is some hesitation to plan because it may seem to be overwhelming at first. This is never a reason to delay planning success.

More important than the start of a plan is how it develops over time. Keep in mind that you can always go back and update plans. Good success plans evolve over time.

Visibility of planning also encourages active participation of everyone with a personal stake in how success will be achieved. In the District 15 Success Planning structure, you will have complete visibility to success plans at the Club, Area and Division levels. This not only gives you the opportunity to exchange ideas, but also helps the entire district align leadership efforts to achieve success for all. You may view the plans by following links on each division page, accessible through the links in the left side menu.

To select your success plan for updating, simply click on your plan from the list below. To help protect the content of your changes, the IP Address of the computer used to update plans is logged and stored. This is not intended as an invasion of privacy, but rather as an accountability measure in case someone discovers that their success plan has been modified without permission.
