Box Elder Club began the year with a membership of 22 members. Box Elder Club needs 20 members by June 30th, 2018 to qualify for the Distinguished Club Program.


Goals 1 - 4 Communication Development

Our Plan to support our Club Members achieve their Educational Goals:

Members who are working to complete an education award by June 30th, will be given priority on our Agenda. Encouraging members who are close to achieving their goal that the club is here to help.

Goals 7-8 Membership Growth

Our Plan to attract new members and keep current members:
We will expand our clubs membership by actively inviting friends and associates to attend club meetings. We are participating in the Ogden area OPEN HOUSE in March 2017, hoping to help attract Brigham City area members. We are also discussing a Logan area OPEN HOUSE in April or May 2017. We are utilizing local media and calendars as much as possible. We also developed a business card for members of the club to hand out.

Goal 9 Club Officer Training

Our Plan to get 75% of our Club Officers trained in the Summer AND in the Winter:

Our officers are encouraged to attend the training in support of the roles they hold. We publicize the dates to assure attendance and involve our club officers in presenting modules and training sessions.

Goal 10 Club Management

Our Plan for our Club to submit Officer's Lists on time:
Hold elections early and emphasize the need to maintain accurate club records. We now even have a Blog to post our "meeting minutes" on our website.

How can the Area Director assist your Club to be successful?

Provide support to the officers and members of the club. Assure that information on area, division and district activities is provided timely.

The Box Elder Club President has requested a meeting with the Area C1 Director on 2017-10-11 to review the club’s Success Plan.
