Wildcat Toastmasters Club began the year with a membership of 10 members. Wildcat Toastmasters Club needs 15 members by June 30th, 2018 to qualify for the Distinguished Club Program.


Goals 1 - 4 Communication Development

Our Plan to support our Club Members achieve their Educational Goals:

We are currently conducting a Speechcraft at the University. We are also helping members to know what the requirements are for each award level. Mentors are assigned to new members and seasoned members who wish to have one.

Goals 7-8 Membership Growth

Our Plan to attract new members and keep current members:
Participate in Weber State block party for incoming students and inviting interested individuals to club meetings. We also have a Facebook page which is updated regularly; in addition we have a planning site for members to sign up for roles. We are currently conducting a Speechcraft. Our meetings are productive and well run.

Goal 9 Club Officer Training

Our Plan to get 75% of our Club Officers trained in the Summer AND in the Winter:

Encourage club officers to attend both training sessions. Involve them in the planning and presentation at the training

Goal 10 Club Management

Our Plan for our Club to submit Officer's Lists on time:
Hold officer elections early and ensure the new officer list is submitted on time. Emphasize the importance of accurate club records and contact information.

How can the Area Director assist your Club to be successful?

Provide support and materials for our membership drives. Keep members informed of all area, division and district activities.

The Wildcat Toastmasters Club President has requested a meeting with the Area C1 Director on 2015-11-13 to review the club’s Success Plan.
