Image Masters Toastmasters Club began the year with a membership of 22 members. Image Masters Toastmasters Club needs 20 members by June 30th, 2018 to qualify for the Distinguished Club Program.


Goals 1 - 4 Communication Development

Our Plan to support our Club Members achieve their Educational Goals:

All members of the executive committee work together and under the guidance of the VPE and VPM to ensure that all resources are used to help members earned awards. Mentors paired with new members help those new to Toastmasters navigate through their manuals and set goals for awards.















Education actions are ongoing and tailored to the needs of individual members. All club resources are made available to these individuals. The







executive committee is currently working on a welcome/education packet to present to new and current members alike to foster a clear understanding of wake-­-up all the club functions and protocols, project and the goal achievement outlines, and resources available for individuals to work with outside club activities.

Goals 7-8 Membership Growth

Our Plan to attract new members and keep current members:
Membership growth is on pace to achieve both goals by year's end.


Membership recruitment is ongoing throughout the year; word-­‐of-­‐mouth and social media outlets like Meetup are employed to foster membership growth. The club plans to create a promotional video to attract new members. One challenge is current member retention, as Image Masters often experiences high turnover. We plan to make a Facebook group to help keep members informed and engaged.

Goal 9 Club Officer Training

Our Plan to get 75% of our Club Officers trained in the Summer AND in the Winter:

Most members of the executive committee (4 out of 6) have attended at least one of the summer trainings and/or makeup trainings, and all are scheduled to attend the winter training in January of next year.

Goal 10 Club Management

Our Plan for our Club to submit Officer's Lists on time:
The officer's list has already been submitted for this year. The club treasurer is currently conducting a dues-­‐renewal drive.

How can the Area Director assist your Club to be successful?

1. (Membership Orientation) Provide some suggestions for new member induction ceremonies used by other clubs in the area, division and district.



2. (Membership Retention and Strength) Provide suggestions, ideas and encouragement to help motivate members to attend meetings, fill roles and complete manual projects. Share strategies from other clubs.



3. (Fellowship, Variety and Communication) Research how other clubs maximize their website utilization in a maintainable fashion as well as social media strategy, and share findings with the Image Masters Executive Committee.



4. (Program Planning and Meeting Organization) Give suggestions from other clubs when it comes to how their meetings are run, and propose ways of integrating them into Image Masters. Visits to other clubs with members of the Executive Committee.



5. (Achievement Recognition) Share mentoring insights and successes from other clubs. Arrange for opportunities to query leadership from clubs with well-executed mentor programs.
