Leadership Pathways Toastmasters Club began the year with a membership of 10 members. Leadership Pathways Toastmasters Club needs 15 members by June 30th, 2018 to qualify for the Distinguished Club Program.


Goals 1 - 4 Communication Development

Our Plan to support our Club Members achieve their Educational Goals:

Inform members of the requirements to reach each award level. Assign mentors to new members and seasoned members who would like to have mentors. Encourage members to complete a written statement of their goals.

Our Plan to attract new members and keep current members:
Through quarterly membership drive contests and open houses. We will hold well organized and interesting meetings--possibly try themed meetings occasionally. Keep club web site current so those interested can find us.

Goal 9 Club Officer Training

Our Plan to get 75% of our Club Officers trained in the Summer AND in the Winter:

Encourage officers to attend both training sessions. Involve officers in the planning of the training -- conducting general and officer specific sessions.

Goal 10 Club Management

Our Plan for our Club to submit Officer's Lists on time:
Hold officer elections early. Ensure that club officers know the importance of keeping club information up to date.

How can the Area Director assist your Club to be successful?

Provide support and materials for membership drives. Provide information to the club on area, division, and district activities. Visit often.
