Broadway Speakers Toastmasters Club began the year with a membership of 18 members. Broadway Speakers Toastmasters Club needs 20 members by June 30th, 2018 to qualify for the Distinguished Club Program.


Goals 1 - 4 Communication Development

Our Plan to support our Club Members achieve their Educational Goals:

Publicizing club events such as club contests.

Goals 7-8 Membership Growth

Our Plan to attract new members and keep current members:
The club currently has a Meet up page, a facebook page and a Toasthost Club Website.

The club is also good at making guests feel welcomed and encourages guests to be part of each meeting.

More follow up for members/guests.

Goal 9 Club Officer Training

Our Plan to get 75% of our Club Officers trained in the Summer AND in the Winter:

6 out of 7 club officers were trained in the fall training period.

The club is very hopeful and excited to gain the training and complete this point in February.









































































Recently reimplemented giving ribbons for best speaker, best tabletopics presenter, and best evaluator. Will also give ribbons for Ice Breaker, 1/2 CC (completing first 5 manual speaches), and 1/2 CL. Also actively promoting mentor program within the club.































































































































Encouraging all members to actively use the club website. That way there is a regular touch point outside of the club meeting to help keep Toastmasters in mind.

Goal 10 Club Management

Our Plan for our Club to submit Officer's Lists on time:
Encourage membership and treasurer and VPE to work together to get member dues on time and also to get forms and fees submitted in a timely manner.

How can the Area Director assist your Club to be successful?

Continue to have Area Director attend the club. Also continue to have Sue Ann Kern (HP Leadership) continue to help the club.

The Broadway Speakers Toastmasters Club President has requested a meeting with the Area D1 Director on 2016-10-07 to review the club’s Success Plan.
